Over 25 years and thousands of pounds of product Chris and Peter Neal have come a long way since experimenting in their Mom's kitchen. As a force in the Canadian and U.S. food manufacturing and distribution space their growth has been steady and fierce, but never forgetting their roots and values. Family, friends and ethics come first — always!
Our solution rested on showing the consumer exactly what they were getting. Not just a product, but two guys committed to bringing quality foods to your table and doing so long before it was in vogue. We built a sense of community within the product lines echoing the approach Peter and Chris take in all of their relationships. The risks paid off – the Neal Brothers book of tasty recipes and stories is available in stores now.
Research revealed that Neal Brothers Foods experienced strong product recall and a loyal consumer following, while at the same time having little to no brand awareness. Outside of the goodness of the products there was a low connection to the Brothers, their history and their place. Our challenge was to break this cycle and to create brand awareness.
